KINDESS - COMPASSION - INTEGRITY

Mission

Our Mission is to prevent sudden cardiac arrest in children by building heart safe communities. We do so by providing free EKG heart screenings, CPR/AED training, and ensuring AED machines are accessible within 3 minutes of locations where children play or engage in sports.

About George

On September 21st, 2020, George died from an undiagnosed heart condition. George lived his life through kindness, compassion, and integrity.

George loved all sports, and played baseball and football from elementary school right up into high school in Wilton, Connecticut.

George's coaches remember how he played all positions on the field and excelled at each. He was the consummate team player, an inspiration, and model for how youth sports should be played. He made everyone around him laugh, and was an incredible friend and teammate. He was always seen smiling on and off the baseball field.

He was a true blessing to us all.

On behalf of the DiRocco family, thank you.

The DiRocco family wishes to express their gratitude for the continued love and support from the extended Warrior community. The DiRocco family’s mission is to prevent Sudden Cardiac Arrest in other children by building heart-safe communities.

They do so by providing free EKG heart screenings, CPR and AED training, and ensuring AED machines are accessible within 3 minutes of locations where children play sports.
